6. Comply with safety standards at all times to avoid accidents and injuries.
7. Work collaboratively with other professionals, such as engineers and maintenance technicians, to solve complex problems and improve the performance of construction machinery.
8. Use computers and diagnostic software to help identify mechanical problems and to plan maintenance tasks.
9. Install new equipment by performing commissioning tests and adjustments to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
10. Write maintenance reports and data sheets to document the tasks performed and the parts replaced.
